How soon are orders shipped:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours after we receive them. The amount of transit time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

What sort of shipping do you use?

How will my purchase apear on my Credit Card statement?
You will see a charge made out to MICROTECH INC plus the amount of your purchase.

Do you ship countries outside the USA?
No. We only ship to the USA.

Why can't I get current tracking information from the Post Office?
Only Express Mail is tracked at every stage of the delivery process. First Class and Priority Mail (which is what we use) is only scaned after it has been delivered for Delivery Confirmation or if there is a problem and the package is being returned. Can I get my oders shipped to General Delivery at the Post Office?
No, we do not ship to General Delivery, Only private homes, PO Boxes from the Post Office or rented personal boxes wihin the US and it's territories. Puerto Rico, Guam and all USA territories are ok..

Do you ship to FPO/APO or other military addresses?
No, We can not ship to any military post or address.
