How soon are orders shipped:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours after we receive them. The amount of transit time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

What sort of packaging and shipping do you use?
Orders of 1 to 5 spore syringes are shipped via US Mail in 10x2x2 boxes. Click Here to see a picture of our 10x2x2 box. Orders of 6 or more syringes are shipped via US Mail in 6x9x2 boxes. Click Here to see our 6x9x2 shipping box.

How will my purchase apear on my Credit Card statement?
You will see a charge made out to MICROTECH plus the amount of your purchase.

Do you ship countries outside the USA?
No. We only ship to the USA. Puerto Rico, Guam and all U.S. Territories are OK.

Why can't I get current tracking information from the Post Office?
Only Express Mail is tracked at every stage of the delivery process. First Class and Priority Mail (which is what we use) is only scaned after it has been delivered for Delivery Confirmation or if there is a problem and the package is being returned. Can I get my oders shipped to General Delivery at the Post Office?
No, we do not ship to General Delivery, Only private homes, PO Boxes from the Post Office or rented personal boxes wihin the US and it's territories only.

Do you ship to FPO/APO or other military addresses?
No, We can not ship to any military post or address.
